Quantum Onboard · by Quantum AI
Help new employees get up to speed without repeating the same training every time.
We turn your company's policies, processes and practical knowledge into a guided employee onboarding portal — in English, Hebrew or both.
Give new hires a clear place to learn how your business works, check their understanding and see what they need to complete. Give managers visibility into their progress and where they need support.
Projects from €2,000–€10,000, depending on content readiness, languages and features.

The problem
Another new hire. Another round of the same explanations.
Your team knows the answers. But every time someone joins, those answers have to be explained again — often by people who already have a full workload.
Where do we save documents?
Who approves this?
How do we communicate with clients?
What happens when something goes wrong?
Meanwhile, the new employee is trying to make sense of shared folders, policy documents, messages and instructions from different colleagues.
A handbook helps. So does a helpful manager. But when onboarding depends on whoever has time that day, important information can be missed or taught differently.
Quantum Onboard gives that learning a clear structure.
The solution
Your way of working, turned into an onboarding experience.
We build a branded portal that guides employees through the information they need during their first days and weeks.
They can work through relevant lessons at their own pace, revisit instructions and complete practical checks along the way.
Your managers can see what has been completed, where someone has struggled and what needs a follow-up conversation.
The portal handles repeatable learning. Your team has more room for introductions, coaching and helping people settle in.
Coverage
What can your portal cover?
We shape the content around your business and the roles you're onboarding.
How your company works
Introduce your purpose, team structure, working expectations and the everyday behaviours that matter in your business.
How to do the work
Explain key workflows, tools, approvals, document handling and where employees should record information.
How to work with clients and colleagues
Set expectations for communication, handovers, response times and escalation.
How to handle information responsibly
Guide employees through your approved rules for confidentiality, data handling and AI use.
What each role needs to know
Create relevant learning paths so employees receive the instructions they need for their responsibilities.
More than a folder of documents. We agree the features and scope before the project begins, so you know exactly what you're buying.
What's included
Depending on your package, your portal can include:
- Short, structured learning modules
- Role-specific onboarding paths
- Approved policies and supporting resources
- Practical scenarios and knowledge checks
- Policy acknowledgements
- Employee progress and completion tracking
- Manager reporting
- English, Hebrew or bilingual delivery

How it works
We do the setup with you.
You don't need another platform that sits unused because nobody has time to prepare the content. We help organise your material, turn it into a learning journey and configure the portal around your company.
First, we review what you have.
We look at your current onboarding process, source documents, employee roles and the information managers repeatedly explain.
Then, we structure the learning.
We organise the material into clear modules and identify gaps that need your input or approval.
Next, we build and review your portal.
Your nominated reviewers check the content and experience before employees use it.
Finally, we help you launch.
We guide your team through managing the portal, reviewing progress and keeping the information current.
Who it's for
Built for companies where onboarding keeps landing on busy people.
Quantum Onboard could be a good fit if you:
- Hire regularly or have several new employees joining soon.
- Rely on managers to repeat the same induction training.
- Have policies and processes scattered across different places.
- Want employees to receive consistent instructions.
- Need onboarding in Hebrew and English.
- Have someone who can approve the content and own it after launch.
We work with growing technology companies, law firms, professional services teams and other businesses that need a more organised way to bring people onboard.

FAQ
Common questions
Will this replace our managers' involvement?
Managers still play an essential role in welcoming employees, coaching them and answering questions. The portal gives employees a consistent foundation and reduces the need to repeat basic instructions.
Do we need all our policies ready?
You need enough reliable information to explain how your business works. We can help organise existing material and identify gaps. Creating new policies or documenting substantial missing processes requires a separate scope. Your company approves the final content, including any legal or compliance material.
Can we use our existing documents and videos?
Yes. We review your existing resources and agree what to adapt, include or link to within the portal.
Can employees use it in Hebrew and English?
Yes. We offer English, Hebrew and bilingual delivery. Bilingual projects include right-to-left presentation for Hebrew and a review of company-specific terminology with your nominated reviewers.
How will we know employees understand the material?
Knowledge checks and practical scenarios help identify gaps. Completion records show what someone has worked through, while managers can follow up where further support is needed.
How long does the project take?
The timeline depends on your content readiness, the agreed features and how quickly your team can review the material. We confirm delivery milestones in your proposal.
What happens when our processes change?
We agree how content will be maintained and who will manage updates. Ongoing support can be included as a separate service.
We already have an HR platform. Can this still help?
Possibly. We'll first look at what your existing platform can do and what is missing from your onboarding process. If it already meets your needs, we'll tell you.
Next step
Let's look at what your team keeps having to explain.
In a 20-minute call, we'll discuss your current onboarding process, your upcoming hires and whether a guided portal would be useful. You'll leave with a clearer view of the likely scope, the material you need and the appropriate budget range.
To make the conversation useful, please share:
- Your company name and website.
- Your approximate team size.
- How many people you expect to onboard in the next three months.
- Whether you need English, Hebrew or both.
- Whether your policies and training materials are ready, partly ready or still need documenting.
- Your expected project budget.
