The opportunity should not disappear in the wrong inbox.
Booking enquiries, sponsorships, collaborations and licensing leads live across WhatsApp threads, email, spreadsheets and individual memory. Without an owner, deadline or next action, potential revenue is difficult to see and easy to lose.
Management teams spend hours searching for opportunities, checking eligibility, finding materials and rebuilding context before they can respond. The problem is not a lack of possibilities — it is turning fragmented signals into a disciplined commercial operation.
Designed for artiste managers and management organisations, the agent brings an entire roster’s opportunities, approved information and follow-up actions into one place.
How it works
From continuous intelligence to manager-approved action.
01
Listen and collect
Bring approved public sources, newsletters, partner feeds, forwarded emails and manually entered leads together. Preserve the original source and retrieval date so managers can verify the evidence.
02
Build the intelligence hub
Maintain a living commercial profile for each artiste: brand, catalogue, audience, fee guidance, target markets, campaign history, approved assets, rights position and readiness.
03
Discover and qualify
Specialist agents find bookings, sponsorships, collaborations, sync licensing, media and development opportunities. Check hard eligibility requirements before scoring creative fit, commercial value, feasibility, readiness and risk.
04
Prepare the pursuit
Identify missing materials, assign a readiness checklist and draft tailored pitches or follow-ups using only approved artiste facts and assets.
05
Keep managers at the gate
Review source evidence and reasoning, then approve, reject, request more information or assign the next action. Messages, fee quotations, submissions and commitments require authorised human approval.
06
Track value and improve
Move each opportunity from discovered to won or lost. Track deadlines, follow-ups, expected and actual value, conversion and reasons for loss to improve future recommendations.
The connected workflow
One source of truth for the commercial work.
Connected sources feed the artiste intelligence hub. Specialist agents prepare recommendations; managers approve the next step. Outcomes refresh the hub so the next recommendation is more relevant.

Managers remain in control
AI prepares. Your team decides.
The product supports commercial judgment; it does not replace it. Every recommendation makes its evidence, missing information and reasoning visible.
- Hard eligibility failures cannot be overridden by a persuasive AI recommendation.
- No autonomous negotiation, acceptance, contract commitment, payment or distribution of unreleased music.
- Approvals and record changes are timestamped, keeping a traceable history of decisions.
- Private profiles, assets and rights information are permissioned by roster and management organisation.
In development
Built around a real artiste roster.
The first product in a planned music-industry suite, designed around the commercial workflow of a five-artiste pilot roster. The 2027 waitlist is open to management teams globally.
Pilot measures include qualified opportunities, manager-rated relevance, stale-lead reduction, time saved, action rate and revenue outcomes. The initial target is at least ten qualified opportunities per artiste in each two-week cycle, subject to market availability — a pilot target, not a guaranteed result.
Joining the waitlist records your interest. It does not guarantee bookings or income, commit you to a purchase or reserve a fixed launch date.
